You may also want to check out patterned tiles, random scattered colored tiles and those with dark colored grout.

You can also try the simple plain white or off-white tiles and add zest by attaching dark colored tiles in the middle or alternate the colored and white tiles. You can create the own pattern you like to give your bathroom wall an exciting new look. You can also add tiles with paintings and prints to your plain whites to give the bathroom an artistic feel. If you want a more feminine and dainty looking bathroom, use tiles with cute flower prints in between white or pale pink tiles. You can also include a single large tile that boasts a nice painting or design in the middle and enclose it with tiles that are plain in color.

If you don’t want your bathroom end up looking like a public restroom, avoid tiling your bathroom walls from floor to ceiling. It is advisable to tile the walls just right above eye level.
